My love of coral started after my son was born, with this cup.
When I decided I wanted to change the fonts on my website to Really Sans and Parclo Serif, I figured I would change the colours, too: I would create a colour scheme inspired by how that cup used to look, before hundreds of trips through the dishwasher.
Then, when it turned out the colour I remembered didn’t pass contrast checks when paired with any colour in the vicinity of black or white, I added white to make it lighter.
And now my website is pink. I like it much more than I did before.
